Generating two sitemaps

I've config'd the standalone sitemap generator to generate for my entire site. Is there a way to set up a second config run to generate a second sitemap from, in my case, the mobile version homepage?

Yes, the easiest way is to create separate instance for this in a new folder (generator2/) and configure it to create second sitemap.
