Stand alone sitemap generator not indexing wordpress pages

Hi,

The site is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] which indexes correctly. Wordpress is installed in [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and none of it's pages get indexed into the sitemap.

Please advise.
