Problem when crawling site

When I crawl my site it said "Crawling is already in Process" but in process box below not showing any process. It's not responding. Or sometime I just found the "Internal server message"

I told my hosting to increase memory_limit to 256M and max_execution_time to 600, but it does not help. 

Please help.

After set max_execution_time to 1200 and correcting error on my web. Sometime I see sitemap creation process and sometime it shows "internal server Error message." which require me to resume the operation. I can create sitemap by resume this operation 3-6 times, then I am able to create sitemap.

I try to set "Monitor crawler window ad automatically resume if it stops in X seconds" to 30. But I have to manually continue session myself. How can i fix this.
