Sitemap exclusion problem

Help,

Added some parse/exclude items and now am getting this error:

as I see, last-modification date of sitemap is:

Last-Modified: Thu, 28 Dec 2006 01:57:33 GMT

i.e. it was not re-created correctly. Please remove sitemap.xml from your domain root, create EMPTY sitemap.xml instead of it, set its permissions 0666 and re-generate sitemap again.

Deleted sitemap.xml, ror and gz.

Recreated sitemap.xml empty

set permissions to 666

recrawled.
