Sitemap shows broken links

The sitemap for my main website domain is showing broken links. The links actually do exist - but they are for another domain I own.

Do I have to manually create a correct sitemap?

LOL, I'm an idiot. I uploaded the index.html from another domain I have to my main web site overwriting the main index.html page.
