SiteMap Gen excludes all my urls

Crawling my site only includes the links for the root site(27) but not the subdomains

Is a eccommerce site with already to 300 url per city/region my site have aprox 12000 URLS

What going on??

there is a setting in generator configuration to "Allow all subdomains" to be included in sitemap.

The setting  "Allow all subdomains" is checked previusly but still the same results. My domain is www.flordeco.com 

My site is a floral ecommerce divided in cities to deliver. Each city is choseen directly to the main page. The xml generator only shows urls to the index.php file and for some reason cannot find the cities to deliver url ( /florerias-cityname  , in eng is /flowersop-cityname)
