Individual Attribute Priority

I am trying to setup individual attributes to demote the priority of my header and footer pages. 

I have applied the following expressions – is this correct?

www.hobsonscoursefinder.com.au/header/,,weekly,0.4     
(i.e. for [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ])

www.hobsonscoursefinder.com.au/footer/,,weekly,0.4   
(i.e. for [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ])

Footer/,,weekly,0.4

Yes I've tried using exactly that as well. The sitemap run last night, and I had the exact terms below configured into attributes section. But still not seeing any change in the sitemap?

header/,,weekly,0.4
footer/,,weekly,0.4

in case if you have capitalized "H" in URL, it should be in the setting too:
Header/,,weekly,0.4
Footer/,,weekly,0.4
