Sitemaps is missing some URLs

Hello,

My site has about 25,000 urls, but everytime I create a new sitemap it only collects about more or less 21,000 urls. I've read the forums throughout, but nothing has helped my case.

My php.ini:
max_execution_time = 30000
max_input_time = 60000
max_input_vars = 10000
memory_limit = 512M

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
