Crawl error

Newly installed Standalone website generator. Run crawl gives the following error -
There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

HTTP headers:
x_csize: 0

I have read through previous forum issues similar to this & have entered server iP address.
Also have seen comments about port 80 on webserver. I have contacted hosting provider to check port 80 & waiting response.

Your help with this will be appreciated
