Cron job is not working with hostagator

Hi,

I have recently purchased Standalone XML Sitemap.
I have getting trouble to set cron job.
I tried to set cron job and successfully set a cron job in hostgator. But still my sitemap is not updated.

Hello,

make sure that you have an email defined in cron task settings and check the contents of the email notification you receive.

Hello,

it means that cron task is not running. You need to contact your hosting support regarding this.

I have contact with Hostgator. They said there is problem with the script.

In case if there is no email for the cron task then cron task is not running.
