Error 500 on starting crawling

Hello,

I have configured the generator in my website. Followed the pdf instructions but when i start crawling i got a error 500 on the browser console:

"[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]"
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)"

Have been trying to solve this for a couple of hours but i can't fix it.

Please help.

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

memory_limit is at 256m
max_execution_time is at 60

I went to generator checked "Do not interrupt the script even after closing the browser window until the crawling is complete" and pressed run and i still got the same problem.

please try to redownload and reinstall sitemap generator, the package has been updated.
