New Server - Permissions correct, sitemap not being created

We have recently moved to a new server.  I have configured everything correctly and permissions are correct.  However, I still get this error when trying to start the crawl:

Error writing to these files:
/httpdocs/ror.xml
/httpdocs/sitemap.xml
/httpdocs/generator/data/sitemap.html
Please correct files permissions and resume sitemap creation.
