404 error on generator

I have followed the installation instructions correctly as far as I can see and I get a 404 error when I attempt to access the generator file. Permissions are all correct, I can not work it out. Please help me to get this up and running.

Please try to access it as [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
Also, make sure that generator/ folder has 755 permissions.
