Sitemap working perfect for 1 month, now doesn't find all pages

I configured the sitemap generator, and it was consistently finding all of the pages. Then a couple of days ago, it only found 800 out of the 4500 pages. There hasn't been any changes to the site or the sitemap. I tried tweaking the configuration, but can't get it to find the rest of the pages.

I have also had it working on another site and now it is not working here either showing 0 pages in the site map with the error message:
