i'm getting internal server error - why ??

when i'm trying to run the crawl (https://www.xxxx.xx.xx/generator/index.php?submit=1) im getting this error :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

what to do ? what is wrong ??

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

what is your recommended memory_limit and max_execution_time setting
