Crawl Error - HTTP headers: x_csize: 0

Hello there,

I cannot generate a sitemap on my server.

The following error shows:

HTTP headers:
x_csize: 0

I tried from SSH and I get the same error. CURL is enabled.

Could you please assist?

Probably there is a configuration problem - it looks like your server doesn't allow local network connections via port 80 (http) or 443 (https) - as a result sitemap generator is not able to crawl the site. This is usually related to firewall installed at the host - could you please contact your hosting support regarding this?

Just FYI, I opened a support ticket with my hosting company.

On the other hand, using the Free generator here in your website works fine.

Hello,

Local connections to your site are not blocked in firewall.

You can check this by SSH to your account on server, and doing curl [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] which returns your page source.

I am not seeing any conclusive errors logged when trying to create sitemap.

Can you please check with your developer, if the generator requires any specific PHP versions, and PHP extensions?
