website with 2500 pages - im getting only 707 pages with no errors

hi,
i have installed my license on my website ,
but i'm getting only 707 pages - instead of 2500 pages .
i'mnot getting any errors .
i have tried to run in from web and from cron - but i'm getting the same result

why ??

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
