Only home page is indexed

I have tried using the stand alone tool on three web applications.  The first works perfectly.  The other 2 only index the home page and nothing else.  Any ideas?

you can use our Search Engine Bot Simulator to check whether you have potential indexing issues (like robots.txt or "meta robots" tag).

I ran the robot simulator, and it reported several links.  It did not find any robot.txt or nofollow restrictions.  The home page is still the only page being indexed.

Thanks to the admin for helping me resolve this.  I had robots restricted on my home page (NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW).  This was obviously unintentional.
