Sitemap created prematurely with v8.0

I have just install the new version 8.0. The crawl stop at 5482 indexed pages.

I have over 55000 pages !

Any idea what to do?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
