site map not showing up on my site

I subscribe to your Pro version but nothing is right about it.  Perhaps (probably) it is my fault but two things seem to be a problem.  1. site maps are not showing up on my site [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] 2. Your site is showing up as being one of my properties on Google Search consul which is https:a19021.hostedsitemap.com.  Please straighten me out.  It is costing me a rating drop.  Thanks in advance.

you need to submit sitemap directly from our [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] domain as described on PRO Sitemaps "Submit Sitemap" page.
There is also an option to put sitemap on your domain as described on the same page if you would prefer it to be that way.
