Run script to generate sitemap and all xml files are removed

Hello support,
I've just installed the generator and when I run the script /usr/bin/php /home/xxxx/website.com/generator/runcrawl.php all sitemap.xml are removed from the root path. I also have the following error in the Analyze Site Structure:

Warning:  ksort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/xxxx/website.com/generator/pages/page-analyze.inc.php on line 120
Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxx/website.com/generator/pages/page-analyze.inc.php on line 120

Whay am I doing wrong? I have installed the software more times and I don´t remember a similar issue.
