how to generate subdirectories instead of main

Hi,
I have a virtuemart shop using products in different categories.
But sitemap picks all from main directory?
How can I skip this main category and use subcategories instead?

example. women (main) - shirts - dresses - shoes
Now I only see urls from women and not shirts etc.
This would be better to use.

How can I setup sitemap to use these?
