Sitemap generator not working

Dear Support,
I have installed the generator file, ror, sitemap, video, image and rss files with the necessary permissions but when I try to manually create a sitemap, it's running for 1 second and returning no results.

Hello,

looks like you have installed generator in your domain root folder, overwriting your website files. You need to restore your site files and install the script inside of the generator/ subfolder instead.

I have restored the files and regenerated a sitemap.
But when I try to submit the video sitemap to Google search console, I'm getting the missing XML tag error. How do I sort it out?
All the videos on my site are Youtube videos.
