Sitemap Error

I have used the free version of the sitemap generator and there are two errors in the code which make the file unusable:

<urlset xsi:schemaLocation="[external links are visible to admins only] [external links are visible to admins only]" xmlns:xsi="[external links are visible to admins only]" xmlns="[external links are visible to admins only]">

Specifically the bit of the line xsi:schemaLocation="[external links are visible to admins only] [external links are visible to admins only]" we believe is formatted incorrectly. 

Is this a common problem? Is this problem also present on the paid version which I was considering purchasing?

This is the error:

''We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.''

Does it show a line number with error? What is your sitemap URL?
