500 Pages Need Help

I used the online sitemap generator here at [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] . I have a problem though. I have 500 pages on the server but when I hit the submit button it just generates the index.html home page. I can't for the life of me figure this out. I thought maybe it was becuase I had a url director on each page. I removed that as well but still have the same problem. Can anyone give some intel here it would be much appreciated.

Make sure that all your inner links are pointing to the same domain where Starting URL is located. The redirected URLs won't be indexed too, the page must return correct HTTP 200 response.
