Site indexed

(sorry for my english - i am german speaking)..

when i start crawling, only 6 sites are indexed on (http://mysite/generator/data/sitemap.html)
i have more than 11000 php and html sites. what do i wrong?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached from homepage?
