I am still having no luck generating the xml file for my site - is there still a problem please ?

Possibly your host blocks requests from our server for some reason. You can check whether connection is established using http header viewer.

I'm getting this problem too and the Header Viewer doesn;t return anything helpful to try to clear the problem.

Is there anyway that [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] can tell me what the error is that they are getting accessing my server?

I've tried to generate sitemaps for other sites on my server with no luck recently however it has worked in the past. My IP is 83.170.102.231 and one of the sites that doesn;t work is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ].

Can anyone help?

please contact your host to find out whether they have a firewall blocking access from the network where our server is located.
Also, you can install our sitemap generator script on your server.

I have the exact same problem, and am attempting to determine the IP address that [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] uses to access my servers.  The last post says to look up the UP for [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ], which seems to be 85.92.84.235.  Is this the IP address that [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] uses to crawl for the free sitemap generation feature?

My web hosting company unblocked 85.92.84.235, and I am still having problems.  Is 85.92.84.235 the IP address used by [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] to generate site-maps, or is there a different IP that needs to be unblocked?
