One Page indexed

I created a sitemap and you say only one page indexed. Yet i have over 200 pages indexed with Google.

I have made alot of changes to the site over the past week as well as getting rid of a home page redirect.

Can you let me where I am going wrong with only one page being indexed as I would hate to submit sitemap to google and lose out
