URL Not Allowed Google sitemap error messages

I followed your instructions and put the sitemap.xml file (generated for free) in the /public_html/ directory.  Google reported errors for many URLs.  I searched other forums and found that the sitemap.xml file MUST be in the root. 500 URLs and not one error.

Yes, it should be located in domain root folder. "public_html" is a common name for the folder that is visible via FTP and contains website files (domain root). Sorry for confusion.
