ror does not update with sitemap

HI :

I run sitemaps via cron.

Sometimes, however, I also run it manually when I just added a file. In those cases after I do a crawl the sitemap update OK but the ROR file does not (it stays the same). Eventually the ROR file gets updated when calling sitemap via cron, but I need it to update with the sitemap.

¿Why is doing that and how can I avoid it?

Most likely it is just cached in browser, you can check the file directly via FTP to make sure it's updated.

Your are right, somehow neither Explorer nor Firefox seem to allow refreshing ror.xml  page like with an HTML page.

In any case there seem to be some errors. With Firefox (2) i do not see them at all, but with Explorer (6) I see some bold text lines for a fraction of a second and they disappear.

Via cron no errors seem reported.

But sitemap is still generated ? Please check your file permissions (0666 for ror.xml and sitemap.xml and 0777 for data/ folder).
