Generate is only crawling home page

Hi:
when I say run to index my site, it seems that it is only crawling the home page. It indexes 41 URls. So in other words it does not follow those links on the home page.
How do I change this? My site has about 2000 pages that need to be indexed.

The site is definitely traversable. I checked. However Sitemap Generator only goes to depth of 1. i.e. it only indexes home page but doesn't follow the links on the home page.

How do I fix this?
