Missing XML tag

I get this message from Google on every site I have submitted to Google, "Missing XML tag".  
Can anyone please tell me exactly what is missing?

The sitemaps have been generated by  https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

Looks like you saved ROR sitemap instead of XML one, please try again.
