trouble with installation
« on: June 06, 2009, 01:52:16 AM »
Hi,

I am having trouble creating a sitemap. I have tried using the site's ip address as well as 127.0.0.1, and I have tried both the [external links are visible to admins only] and http:// addresses, but my result is always either an error retrieving the url or a sitemap with only 1 file which is 0.00Mb.

Is there a way to use a relative path in the starting url field? The server is IIS running PHP version 4.4.8.

Thanks

Thanks, I received your message. What exactly do I need to tell the hosting company? Does this product not work when the server is behind a firewall? Can it not be modified to use a relative path? What exactly do you mean when you say that port 80 is not allowing local connections?

I mean that your server disallows connections via port 80 that are opened form the server itself (i.e. the script running on your host).
