Sitemap Generator Error Message

Hi,

I'm trying to run the sitemap generator, but I'm receiving the following error:

"An error occured
There was an error while accessing the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request."

I've checked the http headers view and there are no errors or information showing on that.

Never had this before.  Any ideas why it is happening?

Looks like there is a temporary issue with connecting to your site from our server, normally this issue is resolved on its own after a while.

Thank you for the information.  It is still not functioning.  I'll keep trying and let you know when it has been resolved.

Thank you.  I just tried it myself but am still getting the error message.  Did you set specific parameters for it?

I got it to work by not altering the parameters.

I kept getting the same error message but I was omitting the www from the url.  After including it, it worked just fine.
