Configuration help to admin at xml sitemaps

Hi,
Would it be possible to pay and use the installation service to configure  my generator the way I need it instead of paying for installation?

Basically i am having trouble to configure it the way I need it and do not have the time to study your instructions.
Can I pay for this?

I also paid the $10 instillation service fee, when will you guys set this up so that i can start using the software, eventhough I tried to set it up myself, but unfortunately is not working.

I have been having problems running the sitemap, this is my first time creating a sitemap. Can you help me to set this up, I paid the $10 for the set up and tried to set up myself. I did a sitemap but know i cant log back into the [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] the username and password that i am submitting is not working. I changed the password of my server. Thanks
