Can I place the sitemap generator into the Stores Online Builder?

I am using the Stores Online Site Builder and I am unable to place the sitmap generator into the builder.  Is there a way to place the generator somewhere else and create the xml sitemap and then place it into the builder.  I would use the free version, but I have upwards of 2000 urls.
Can anyone help me?
