Multiple parts of site not existing in sitemap

Many url's don't appear in generated sitemap
For example :

I have :
home directory
home directory > directory 1
home directory > directory 1 > directory 11 (in this directory some pages are listed but not all)
home directory > directory 1 > directory 11 > directory 111 (no pages listed in all subdirectories of directory 11)
and so on

For an other site with same config and on the same server, no problems (but few levels)

No limit added in config
For about 7000 pages, only 4300 are listed
For example in directory ./gifts/games/ (in this directory some pages are listed but not all)
and no pages listed for all games subdirectories
