Non-latin characters in URLs

I read a lot, I experimented a lot but can't in any way create a proper site map for this site:

What is different here is that URLs contain non-latin (greek) characters produced by SH404SEF SEO Component for Joomla! sites. URLs are encoded(?) in a "garbage" like way and crawler can't go deeper than Home page.

Any help would be most appreciated.
