does not index pages with META index,nofollow

I only use sitemap.xml.
Recently, I added the meta tag 'index,nofollow' to all pages.
Now the v5 standalone generator nolonger indexes the pages?

"nofollow" means that none of the links should be followed from the given page, thus blocking sitemap generator (and search engines) from crawling your site.

means yes index this page, but do not follow any links on this page.
