Can i change the link to affiliate link?

Can i change the link in the sitemap that the script make to my own affiliate link? Where do i do that in case you agree?

can you please clarify what do you mean by "every site"?
Note that you cannot make generator open for public or create sitemaps for 3rd party sites, according to license agreement:

HTML sitemap can be modified in template file: generator/pages/mods/sitemap_tpl.html.

Hello i changed the file on the current folder with FTP and it did not work do i need to change it before i install? If i already installed what i do? I just replaced the file but as you can see on this file nothing.

xml sitemap layout is defined in generator/pages/mods/sitemap.xsl file.

ok, i am sorry i am not a genius with PHP but are we talking about different things? All i see in that file is it calling another php file. In What sitemap site can i alter the code since i tried and i open all the different sitemaps and still do not see my code anywhere.

Before i hire some webmaster to take a look at this issue,  there is an encryption right that makes this impossible for me to do ? Even if i change it it just keep change back. I change what you asked and it just keep change back to your link.

generator/pages/mods/sitemap.xsl is not a PHP file. It looks like:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<xsl:stylesheet
...
etc
