New sitemap is not being generated

I have been trying to generate a new sitemap for 3 days. It starts and then it just stops without finishing the site map.

This is what shows up and doesn't change or finish: 
Links depth: 2
Current page: Pinata-Color-Alcohol-Inks.htm
Pages scanned: 68 (1,988.1 KB)
Added in sitemap: 66
Pages left: 38
Time passed: 0:45
Time left: 0:25

A few times it has gone a bit farther and scanned more pages so I'm clueless as to what is going on....or should I say what is not going on. 

Any ideas why it never finishes or what I can do? After 15 minutes it still says "Please wait. Sitemap generation in progress..."

The URL I've used is the one I've used in the past to generate a sitemap so I don't know what the problem is.

I wasn't sure if you wanted the url here or in an email from the contact so I did both. It doesn't seem to ask for a login when I generate a sitemap. At least it never has and didn't now.
