Scriptable version with parameters?

It appears that the current user interface is via a browser to invoke the PHP scripts
to do the crawling.

I'd like to be able to use this tool for more than one domain on the server, and I don't want
to replicate the installation for each domain.

Might it be possible to specify the input file(s), output file(s), and temp/working directories as
option parameters to a shell-level script?
