Only scans first page of Zencart site

I have purchased the unlimited sitemap generator, and i think it is installed correctly. It only shows scanning the index page and then returns the sitemap.
I have also tried the online version and seem to get the same results

My problem has been resolved.
I changed StartingPage to "[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]".
*Before Starting page is "[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]" .
