Followed instructions for install, but can't launch generator

I installed the files as instructed to my site root, but when I try to launch the generator by visiting the URL mysite/generator, I just get a page not found error.  I think I'm on an IIS 6 server, if that matters.

How can I get the generator tool to load?

Hello,

It looks like your host doesn't support PHP language though (which is required). Could you please check that with your hosting support?
