missing pages in sitemap.

For some reason some pages/links aren't being included in the sitemap.xml

from this page:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
this link:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
is missing from the sitemap.xml
We don't have a pattern that matched it on the exclude.. so I'm not sure why it's missing.

Hello,

that is a cross-protocol link from http:// to https:// so it's not added in the same sitemap. Please make sure that all links are either on http:// or https:// .

I may have entered that wrong.. they're not as far as I can tell.
in /academics/ the raw link is "<a href="/content/profiles/2416-accounting-masters-degree-mpac/Templates/profiles-graduate-programs.php">Accountancy, Professional</a>"

(There's no protocol at all)

yes, from what I see it points to current protocol, but then it gets redirected to https link.
