it looks like there is an issue connecting to your website from our servers, can you please contact your hosting support to find out if the following IPs are blocked:
81.19.188.226-81.19.188.238

The ip range is blocked indeed. The crawling is done with malformed/broken cookies and causing errors.

Can you see what is the reason of this errors? After that the ip range is deleted from the blacklist.
