Why does it say 49 pages indexed but HTML sitemap only says 38?

My website is http://www.youcangetthegirl.com, and every time I have used your sitemap creator before, when I add a page and then generate a new sitemap, it is a bigger file than before.  This time it was smaller, and I found that even though the home page says there were 49 pages mapped, the html map says there are 38 pages.  What gives?  I have run it a couple times, and getting the same results.

Hello,

as I see, there are 49 pages indexed in html sitemap (38 in top level and 11 in the subfolder).
