Can't PM or post a problem despite owning the full version

I have the unlimited version 5.0 of the generator but I cannot start a topic in it's Forum or PM the owner. My problem is the same many have had and in each case the answer has been to PM the admin with FTP access. But I can't PM or start a topic or reply to a topic in the correct Forum!

make sure that you use forum username/password that was sent to you along with generator download link via email.

I am doing, but the email address I used when buying it may have been different as it was a while ago. Maybe if I change the email address on the Forum, I do still have access to the old one

Sorted, I didn't I already had this username, I haven't had problems with the software until now. I'll post the problem in the correct section now
