Hello,

sitemap generator script should be installed on the server where your site is located.
https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/howto-install.html

You need to click on generator.zip to open the archive.

Works great on Mac.

As it's server-side operation (similar to the way Forums work) it just opens up inside the browser (Firefox / Safari or whatever) on the Mac once it's installed on your FTP server, where the top level of your website is.
